Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 All approved refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original method of payment. Tajawul does not assume responsibility for any delays, fees, or processing times imposed by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

1.2 No refunds or partial refunds will be granted for unused time, late arrivals, early departures, or withdrawal by passengers.

1.3 No refunds will be issued if a passenger is removed from the tour due to disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, or for non-compliance with safety instructions.

2. Cancellations by Customer

2.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable and non-changeable.

2.3 A maximum waiting period of 20 minutes will be allowed; after this time, the booking will be treated as a cancellation by the customer, and the slot may be offered to another customer.

2.4 Failure to attend the tour (no show) will be treated as non-refundable and non-changeable.

3. Booking Amendments

3.1 Requests to modify a booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

3.2 Amendments are subject to availability and written confirmation by Tajawul.

4. Cancellations by Tajawul

4.1 Tajawul reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, customers will be notified and provided a full refund or offered the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
