Golf Cart Tour Terms & Conditions

By booking a golf cart Private Ride from Tajawul Rental & Transportation ("Tajawul"), you agree to the following terms and conditions, including all safety and conduct instructions.
1.1 All private tours must be booked in advance through Tajawul's official booking channels.
1.2 A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. This confirmation serves as proof of booking and must be presented digitally or printed at the start of the tour.
1.3 Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour, for which no refund or extension shall be granted.
Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point stated in the booking confirmation.
The private tour's scheduled time begins from the designated meeting point specified in the booking confirmation.
Pick-up and drop-off will only occur at the designated point unless otherwise agreed.
3.1 Each golf cart has a maximum seating capacity, as specified at the time of booking.
3.2 Additional passengers are not permitted once the golf cart has reached its maximum seating capacity.
3.3 Tajawul reserves the right to cancel the tour without refund if the number of passengers exceeds the stated seating capacity.
3.4 Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4.1 For operational, safety, and regulatory reasons, private tours will follow predetermined routes.
4.2 Routes may be altered due to road diversions, events, or instructions from local authorities.
5.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled subject to availability.
5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable and non-changeable.
5.3 A maximum waiting period of 20 minutes will be allowed; after this time, the booking will be treated as a cancellation by the customer, and the slot may be offered to another customer.
5.4 Failure to attend the tour (no show) will be treated as non-refundable and non-changeable.
6.1 Requests to modify a booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
6.2 Amendments are subject to availability and written confirmation by Tajawul.
7.1 Tajawul reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, customers will be notified and provided a full refund or offered the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
8.1 All approved refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original method of payment. Tajawul does not assume responsibility for any delays, fees, or processing times imposed by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
8.2 No refunds or partial refunds will be granted for unused time, late arrivals, early departures, or withdrawal by passengers.
8.3 No refunds will be issued if a passenger is removed from the tour due to disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, or for non-compliance with safety instructions.
9.1 Private tours operate in most weather conditions.
9.2 Tours will only be canceled or rescheduled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for operation and instructed by local authorities. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, subject to availability.
10.1 Passengers participate in the tour at their own risk.
10.2 Tajawul accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained during the tour. By participating, passengers agree to release and hold harmless Tajawul, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the tour.
11.1 Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the golf cart during the tour and shall compensate Tajawul for such damages.
12.1 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
